Shipping Policy
The table below will be used to calculate the shipping cost for your order. Please note that we are not able to ship internationally at this time. Shipping is only available within the United States, however some items may be available for Canadian shipment as well. If you are one of our friends in Canada, please email us prior to ordering to get a shipping quote and to make sure the item you are purchasing is able to be shipped to Canada. The following rates are for shipments to the United States only.

The above amounts are for standard shipping. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to purchase to discuss expedited delivery availability and fees.
We will promptly process your order once it is placed. However, please note that some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer. Please allow up to 7 days for shipment on most items. Please also keep in mind that some items such as personalized or other special order items may take longer. Every effort will be made to post expected extended ship times with the item on our site.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order that you place with us, please notify us immediately at customercare@shopbabytree.com. Often, your order is processed the same day that you place it. If you choose to cancel your order every effort will be made to fulfill your request, however we cannot be responsible for the cost of return shipping if the order has already shipped at the time of your cancellation request. Please see our Return Policy below.
Return Policy
We are sure that you will love your new products from our store. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase however, please contact us at customercare@shopbabytree.com within 15 days of receipt of your items to receive further instructions on returning and/or exchanging your item. Please include 'Return' in the subject line of your email and include your order number, date of purchase, and name.
You must receive return authorization from us before a return or exchange may be initiated. Unauthorized
returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with
postage due. The Baby Tree is not responsible for lost or damaged
items during return shipping.
Please keep the following in mind:
We will gladly exchange an item for you once you receive return authorization from us, but please be aware that unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective product, all return shipping will be the buyers responsibility and the cost of the original shipping for the product will not be refunded.
If an exchange isn't an option for you, your refund will be issued to you in the form of a store voucher equal to the amount of your returned item(s) minus the cost of shipping.
Items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags and free of odor and pet hair.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for item returns.
Personalized or custom-made items are not returnable (unless defective) due to the fact that they cannot reasonably be resold. Please be careful when making your selection on these items. Feel free to contact us at customercare@shopbabytree.com if you have any questions prior to your purchase of any item in our store.
Privacy Policy:
The Baby Tree is committed to protecting your privacy. We
will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party
without your prior approval. Please note that your payment information is processed by Paypal and is not stored by us.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you
when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or
sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or
participate in another site feature.
When ordering or registering, we
may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone
number, credit card information or other information. You may,
however, visit our site anonymously.

gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The
information we collect about gift recipients is not used for
marketing purposes.

periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll

required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders

databases to be only accessed as stated above.
